Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have another 14 days to return your items.

De Toute Façon garments are shipped in our signature packaging. We kindly ask you to return your items in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, whenever possible.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER: EUROPEAN UNION AND UK

1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping packaging, with all tags attached.
2. Please include the original packing slip in your package to help us identify and process your return.
3. Securely close the package.
4. Send an email to floor@detoutefacon.nl to request a return.
5. You will receive an email with further instructions.
6. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER: REST OF WORLD, SWITZERLAND AND NORWAY

1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping packaging, with all tags attached.
2. Please include the original packing slip in your package to help us process your return.

5. You will receive an email with further return instructions.
6. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
7. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and additional fees may apply. Charges paid directly to customs authorities or shipping carriers are generally not refundable by De Toute Façon. Depending on local regulations, you may be eligible to reclaim these charges from the relevant authorities.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return your items. We kindly ask you to contact us at floor@detoutefacon.nl for return instructions. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function.
• We kindly ask you to return items in their original packaging, with all original tags attached whenever possible. Missing packaging or tags will not automatically invalidate your statutory right of withdrawal.
• Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or non-conforming product.
• Please include the original packing slip in your return package to help us identify and process your return.
• Please take care when trying on garments. Items may be tried on as they would be in a physical store. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.
• To track your return, save the tracking number.
• Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
• If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return concerns a faulty or non-conforming item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
