De Toute Façon ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country.

Shipping times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.

Netherlands: 1-2 working days
EU: 2-6 working days
Rest of the World: 4-10 working days

The Netherlands
For all orders within The Netherlands we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €5 and free shipping on all orders above €250.

U.S. & Canada
For all orders within the U.S. and Canada we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 and free shipping on all orders above $350.

U.K.
For all orders within the U.K we offer a flat rate shipping fee of £15 and free shipping on all orders above £250.

Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg
For all orders within Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €10 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

France, Denmark, Austria & Poland
For all orders within France, Denmark, Austria and Poland we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €15 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Finland & Sweden
For all orders within Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Finland and Sweden we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €20 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic & Croatia
For all orders within Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Croatia we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €30 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

Norway & Switzerland
For all orders within Norway and Switzerland we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €35 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

Australia & New Zealand
For all orders within Australia and New Zealand we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $45 (AUD) and free shipping on all orders above $500 (AUD).

Japan & South Korea
For all orders within South Korea & Japan, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of ¥4,500 and free shipping on all orders above ¥37,000.

Asia & Middle East
For all orders within China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, India and United Arab Emirates we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €35 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

Rest of World
For orders to all other countries, please find the shipping fee calculated upon check out.

If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please drop us an email at customer service floor@detoutefacon.nl and we will try our best to find a solution for you to get your items.

All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing you to follow your package during delivery. We kindly ask you to check your order upon arrival. If your package or any of its contents arrive damaged, please contact us at floor@detoutefacon.nl. If possible, include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We carefully package every order to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at floor@detoutefacon.nl so we can assist you. De Toute Façon remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a person designated by you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at floor@detoutefacon.nl. We will do our best to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you can still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have another 14 days to return your items.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
